Ice cream social question

Do they still do the "Rehitchin Ceremony " at the ice cream social at the Garden Grill?

If yes, how do I schedule it. I would like to surprise the DW for our 18th Anniversary, this November

DH and I got re-hitched on our anniversary on 02 Sept. I made a PS and had the CM make a note that we wanted to re-hitch. When we checked in at the restaurant, we again mentioned that we wanted the ceremony (just to cover all our bases). Sure enough, we were re-hitched and had it videoed by a very kind CM.

They do the rehitching ceremony anytime. Ask the CM taking your PS to note it there and when you check in ask the CM on duty to put a note on the card that you want to do the rehitching ceremony.

My DW and I did this in May; it was great! We'll be at the ICS on Thur., Nov. 14th. Maybe we'll see you.

We will not be there on Nov 14 that is the day we head over to our Disney cruise. We will be at WDW from 11/8 to 11/13. The special day for our anniversary is 11/10.

We are also staying at the BC for the first time during this trip.

What exactly do they do at the re-hitching ceremony? (besides the obvious!!) You have my interest perked now and am wondering if maybe I can surprise my DH.....although we will be there in December and our anniv. isn't until March.....ahhh...who cares?? I love him every day of the year!!

Have the CM note it on your reservation/PS even if they tell you that they don't do that or they don't know what you are talking about. I have heard a few on the dis mention that the CM at dining didn't know what they were talking about or that they didnt do it anymore.

What exactly happens during this "re-hitching" ceremony? It's only at the Ice Cream Social, right?
