Ice Cream Sandwiches ?

I recently read here somewhere that you can pick the kind of cookie you want your ice cream sandwich to be made with!?! I've always avoided them because I'm allergic to chocolate and thought they were made only w/ choc. chip cookies. Can anyone tell me the other types of cookies offered for this treat? I'm so excited for this and my trip is 6 months away...ah the little things

At the Main St Bakery in MK lets you choose between chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and M&M I believe. And you can mix and match.

Last time we were at Main Street Bakery they had sugar cookies too!! These ice cream sandwiches are my all time favorite snack at WDW!
