I have a picture of one from the Main Street Bakery. My DH and I got one on our honeymoon. We didn't think that the cookie was too crunchy. Please excuse how piggish I look trying to eat it! It does give a good idea of the size though.

I've not had one of these cookie ice cream sandwiches before...but I do know that most ice cream sandwiches are made with crisp cookies. It's the ice cream that eventually makes the cookie moist. ...learned that on the Food Network.

I guess the Toll House ice cream cookie sandwich is what I'm wanting.
