Ice cream sandwich in Partisan Glace

Can you choose the ice cream in this? Or is it only vanilla

I'm pretty sure you can choose the ice cream, but it's been a couple years since I've had one.

Pretty sure they have 2 styles of ice cream sandwiches:

- Macaron Sandwich - these are pre-made and only available in chocolate and 1 to 2 other seasonal options.
- Pressed Brioche Sandwich - these are made to order and you can choose your ice cream flavor as well as sauce to go with it

I've done the Brioche sandwich a few times and love them ... it's a pretty unique offering for WDW

If you're talking about the Croque Glace sandwich in the brioche, you can choose your ice cream and sauce flavors. The macaron sandwiches are premade with a "choice of seasonal flavors"

Yes! The Croque thank you!! Thats what I wanted to hear.. Im thinking chocolate ice cream with the raspberry sauce

Whatever you do avoid the salted caramel ice cream. Apparently in France salted caramel translates to burnt caramel which is what this tasted like. It was so bad we haven't been back to Paris since.

We enjoyed it. No burnt taste to us.

That wasn't my experience at all. I thought it was the best salted caramel ice cream I've ever tasted.

You can always ask for a sample before committing to a flavor.
