Ice cream cookie sandwich certificate please

I'd like to surprise my girls with a little treat from a "character" each morning of our trip (I'll attach gift tags from the character to the treats/certificates). My girls saw a photo of a giant, chocolate chip ice cream sandwich from Main Street Bakery here on the boards. They really want to try one, so I thought it would make a fun treat to get in the form of a certificate. Would anyone be willing to make a gift certificate for an ice cream cookie sandwich?

I love them, Mel! They are too cute! My girls will love them too. Yes, if you would please personalize them, I would greatly appreciate it. I don't care if you put both of their names on one or if you put one name per certificate, whichever is easier for you. My girls' names are Kaylea and Averie. Thanks so much!

On another note...didn't you have a thread recently requesting postcards for your class? I think I'm connecting the dots of that thread to you here now. I hope the one I sent from Arkansas made it. As a fellow second grade teacher, I love fun projects like you were doing. I hope your project was a great success!
