Ice Cool Station- Did you hear ?

It might be opening up early , around mid to end of November. I had read a lot about it when I started planning and I was excited to try it . Then they went and put it under refurbishment...Just my luck ! It was said that it wouldn't be back with it's new face lift until Feb '06 , but I just read on Mouseplanet that Nov is the new date. I'm so excited ! I just want to see my DH's face when he tries the Beverly !

The information I have read stated the beverage sample area was still open since it is part of the gift shop. It is the 'exhibit' area that is being refurbished.

I hope it's open for our Dec. trip! My DH told nieces about it and then I told him it was closed for rehab. This would be a big surpirse for him. He loves going in there!

I'm hoping it's open by Thanksgiving. And I also would like to see them offer more flavors only because DH just brought me Smart in the green apple flavor from China (they were out of watermelon where he went) and it was SOO good! I only got 1 6-pack, but I'd love to taste it again.

Just got this in my DVC newsletter:

Later this month, Epcot is scheduled to unveil Club Cool, an enhanced Coca-Cola® experience replacing the former Ice Station Cool exhibit.

While the revamped experience will offer a new theme, you'll still be able to sample Coca-Cola flavors from around the world. (So tricking Uncle Earl into trying that curious Beverly soda will continue to be a good time for all.)

Be sure to check out the new area the next time you visit Epcot.

glad to hear it will be opening again. When I heard it was being closed I had not seen a reopening date. so glad it will be open next ear. i really liked I think it was the one from china Watermelon flavor)

We sure missed it when we were there in August. It was a nice place to relax in the coolness and get a drink from around the world at the same time. It will be back when we are there again in August 2006.

I walk past that attraction every night I go home from work I'll let you guys know when it opens... but I'm not working again till Mid-December
