To my knowledge you get them from Fireworks and Pirates, not sure about the rest.

I played Fireworks 3 times this morning & never got an ice cube. 
And the 4th game I got up to answer the phone & didn't score high enough to get to the 3rd level of fireworks...I didn't even get points for that one.
I did finally get one from playing the 3rd level of pirates though.
