Okay - I checked on a frequent flier forum this morning. At least 2 people had spoken with Kelloggs and 1 person had spoken with the fulfillment company.
They had sent out the emails - it was not a hacker. They said to go ahead and reply. At this point, they are not saying one way or another whether they will honor the wins. People who spoke with them got the feeling that they are trying to see how big a problem they have on their hands first and that if it is manageable that they might still honor them (hundreds of winners vs. hundreds of thousands of winners.)
