I second the advice to call back Monday. And if anything, I would try to be over-polite when asking for an explanation. If they have messed up they do need to fix it. But they will be more willing to help you if you are calm and polite. I am not saying you are the type to loose it and start crying and calling people names, but some who have posted here before have done exactly that and wondered why the people they were dealing with were not more helpful. The old catch more flies with sugar and honey saying would not still be around if it wasn't true.

I agree with you with the catch more flies with honey, but I know I was MORE than polite with these people, and I did get upset and cry because it was all so messed up, but I did not jump, degrade, yell, scream, or anything of that manner it was just sheer at that point wanting to go home cause there was so much trouble. It was a big messed up ordeal, and still is. I am not saying everyone has had the problem I had, but ours was a matter of many things mainly security and name usage, and customer service. I have flown many times, but never have had a problem like this, nor have I experienced Customer Service as I did with them.
