I will be out of Town

Hi Ladies,

Just wnted to give an update for next week. I will be traveling to Kansas City, Kansas for a week. So have no fear I've not dropped off the face of the earth or anything but I am doing a global check in to all my swaps so everyone is aware of whats happening.

I don't have any idea whats happening or where I'm going yet, just that I'm going to help clean up another lab's data entry department I will fill more details as I know it. I'm a little scared as I really don't like to travel alone.

You will be fine! Just go shopping!!!! Everything will be ok!!!

When we lived there we used to go to the Crown Plaza for shopping, not sure if it still exists, but see if it does and check it out!!! It used to be an upscale type of mall and really nice! Course, this was many, many years ago!!!! But you never know it could still be there!!!! Check on line before you go to see if there are any scrapbook stores in the area where you will be staying!!!! That will get you into LOTS of trouble!!!!! Just have fun!

Thank you all This is the first time that I've gone away that someone else from my lab isn't going as well. Apparently they only have a "temp" in the data entry department right now because their data entry lady is on bed rest with complications in her pregnancy.

So we shall see how it goes. I am just a chicken when it comes to things like this. Although I feel pretty "big" as the Top head honcho boss is the one who specifically requested that I go only 3 people on the west coast can fill in at any of the labs I being one of them. So with traveling to Kansas I will now have worked in all of the west coast labs..lol.. I will try to check in when I am there but I don't know if I will be able to. I'm not planning on taking my laptop although I could change my mind before Sunday. And I'm not sure what the internet is like in this lab. Ours we have free reign.

I am finally home after a very long trip in Kansas. I am so glad I don't have to go back anytime soon.

I wasn't able to take any of my projects with me so I am going to be putting the finishing touches on the

Rolodex and Address swap this week.
