I was wondering if anyone can give me a clue on this?

Congratulations and so glad to hear that everything worked out with DVC. :cool1: After such a trying time I am so glad it turned out so well. Good Luck to you! Hope you can enjoy a Disney Vacation really soon. :goodvibes

Congratulations to you and I am glad that things ended "happily ever after" for your DVC!!

What wonderful news - and they gave you back your points from last year :thumbsup2 - I love Disney Magic. pixiedust:

We'll be there starting Aug 20th at BVC - enjoy your trip - I'm sure you guys need it.:cloud9:

That is awesome news! I had always wondered what would happen in a situation like that.

I guess I am a "glass half empty" kind of person where finances are concerned. Our contract is paid but I always worried what would happen if we could (for some reason) not pay the annual dues....

Im so very glad it worked our for you!

If Disney didn't take action against you and all they did was freeze your account, paying your back loan payments and dues may put your account in good standing. You should call member accounting and see what they say.

I totally agree with this. If you didn't have a loan and it is just your dues that are needing attention, you should be able to get things back in order by paying up to current.

Sorry this has taken so long to reply too.
But it's good news. We worked out what our back payments were, DVC gave us a bit of a break, we sent them a bank check, made our annual dues payment and we are back in business. AND they reinstated our points from last year. Thank you all so much for all of the support, good wishes and info.

August 15th can't come fast enough now.

YAY! I came late to this party, so ignore the previous post.

Congrats and thank you for sharing. You've added significantly to the body of DVC knowledge with your experiences. Good luck in the future and health to all!
