I restarted Induction on Monday but due to TOM I have been craving something sweet and messy. Well, we went to the mall today and happened to pass by Barnie's coffee place and they had a low carb freezer advertised. I got a carmel one and for only 5 net carbs. I know it's not allowed on induction but at least I stayed low carb right.......tomorrow is a new day

LOL! I ate a low carb treat during induction, too but STILL did very well. I also went right back on it with a vengeance!

I think you did fine! I thought you were going to say you ate a sticky bun or something! LOL!
