I want to see the drones

Proof? It's been a while, but while we were in the area were were let in to Boardwalk by showing our DVC membership card and said we wanted to show the kids the resort.

How long ago was that? And what time of day? Parking at Boardwalk has always been a problem with people trying to avoid paying for theme park parking. They've become a lot more restrictive about letting cars in, even rideshare, since RotR opened and people tried to enter before park opening to get to DHS early to claim a BG (VQ). Peoples' experiences vary, but often BW won't let you in now, especially in the morning, unless you're staying there, have an ADR, or are participating in a convention there.

Shouldn't ever be a problem if you're DVC...I've always been able to park at any resort...but for non-DVCers, during busier times, some resorts will restrict entry unless there's a ressie. It's hit or miss, but it's happened to friends of mine coming to meet me when I'm staying there - most recently in September 2023 when a friend who lives locally had problems getting into Boardwalk, though he finally told them he was meeting a friend staying there. giving my name and checkin date, and they let him through.

I seem to remember a drone show during Christmas time a few years ago. Anyone else remember this?

I wasn't there, just something rumbling around in my brain.

We stayed in Congress Park room 2703 on the third floor & the drones were right off our balcony it was awesome
