I need some help. When is the latest seating? When dose it become lunch? Also it will be my dd bday. Will they do something special for her?

I'm sure they will do something special if you call in advance. :goodvibes

Lunch begins at 11:30, I believe. I think it winds up between 2:30-3:00. You do need to make ADRs - it is one restaurant where you really need them, IMHO. If you eat a light breakfast, go early for lunch. If you are eating a light dinner, go later. It's nice to get there early because you don't have to wait as long in the buffet line, although the lines move quickly most of the time anyway. And it's fun to watch the characters and just generally relax. We usually make it the big meal of the day, eating a hot dog or something similar later in the day.

For what you're looking for, I'd recommend trying for a 10:20 or 10:25 ADR for breakfast. You'll get more time with the characters. You'll also probably end up with having the chance to eat both some of the breakfast buffet & some of the lunch buffet.

Enjoy the Magic!

11:30 is the first lunch seating. The food changes over then so if you really care about eating breakfast food, you need to plan accordingly. We had an ADR for 11:30 on an MK am EMH. It worked out very well for us. We were ready for a break. We were among the first seated in our section of the restaurant and so we ended up having a great time with Tigger. And we even got to see him twice because he came around again.

I don't recall seeing anything at CP, but at many other places, including buffets, the server would bring out a dessert plate with "Happy Birthday [the birthday persons name on it]," written in like a chocolate sauce and decorated beautifully. Be sure and have it noted on your ADR, remind your check in person, and have your daughter wear her birthday pin.

Hope you have a wonderful trip.:goodvibes

It wasn't my birthday but my mom and I were celebrating my graduation from college at WDW. While I was at the buffet, my mom told our server that I was graduating from college the following month and asked if he could do anything special for me. Our server had all of the characters sign a certificate for me. He also decorated the table with confetti and streamers and brought out a cupcake for me. The cupcake was sooo yummy and he wanted to bring out more for me but I told him that one was enough. (He knew that cupcakes were my favorite food :) )

I was so surprised and it really made my day even more special. My mom told me the whole story after I got the cupcake and certificate.
