I'm so excited for your 30 days and my 27 days!! We will be seeing Fantasmic on the same night! I didn't know they were showing it twice, it wasn't on the disney site yet, but I think now we might plan on going to the second show, hopefully less crowded!


My vote would be yellow shorts, although I plan on wearing white shorts so i don't think your crazy for considering that.

That's great about the second Fantasmic! It'll be nice to have the option of the earlier or later showing.
I'd probably use your voucher for that night at DHS-- you're right, without a morning there, you probably won't be able to get on TSMM any other way (without waiting forever!).
That top is very cute-- definitely "Hollywood!"
I like the yellow shorts for Madison-- they look really summer-y and cute! I don't think you can go wrong with either, though. The white is nice, too.

I love going to AM EMH at MK too - it's so fun to get through all those rides prior to everyone else.

Love the outfits! My kids are basically forbidden from white clothes! They are sloppy and chocolate milk and ketchup (two of their faves) are hard to get out! But I found (thanks to Wigdoutdismom) Dr. Spot, at Basin, which works wonders!

I vote for the yellow shorts for Maddie. I love yellow - it's so happy!

Isn't it so exciting being down to so few days!!! I just know they are going to fly by.

I found the info about the 2nd Fantasmic/extended park hours on the DIS. The info is also up on the Disney TA site. They changed some park hours for MK too. MK is now opening at 8am on Sat the 25th and the 26th it's now open until 10pm. That is the night of EMH which was orginally 8-11pm. I'm guessing it now goes until 1am!

I'm so glad we now have an option for Fantasmic. I might hold off on using the voucher for our 2nd DHS night (the night of EMH). That way, we can focus more on shows, animation building, etc. that first DHS evening.

Thanks! I'm a huge fan of palm trees and when I see them on a shirt I must buy it. I really need her to try the shirt on with both shorts to see what I like more.

I vote Yellow! Cute Outfits. Sounds like a great plan! I am not a fan of park hopping though, dh and I did on our honeymoon and it was too much for us, but it seems like you know how to make it work for you! Maybe we will see you at fantasmic, we are gonna go to the late one.

Hey! Your plans look so great! I LOVE LOVE LOVE DHS!!

And Lotso was freakin awesome! I had one of my best character interactions with him...but I tend to think that the villains are more fun to meet than the nice characters. However, he wasn't even villainous at all! He was fabulous and super cuddly.

I had to laugh at Jen's comment about kicking him and telling him she doesn't like him. Can't wait to see how he responds to that!

Try to see Beauty and the Beast. It's so worth it and much better than VOLM. Not that I don't like VOLM, but B&B is better especially if you're a fan of the movie.

When we have half a day at DHS and other time later we try to hit the shows on the half day. Since the park will be open later you'll have more time.

MK AM EMH is a must-do for us. We did everything in Fantasyland last June except for Snow White and Dumbo (Madison's choices). There is nothing better than walking onto Peter Pan....that never happens!

Thanks! Madison doesn't eat any sort of sauce, so I never have to worry about her dripping or anything like that. Hmm...maybe I'll have her try some stuff on today to see how it looks.

The park hopping/non-expiring tickets were awesome. I wish they were still like that.

Thanks! We will never go without park hoppers ever again. We didn't have hoppers in Jan 09 and we made it work, but it just wasn't the same. There are days coming up where we won't be hopping, but it's always nice to have that option.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for you at Fantasmic!

I don't know why the circles look so orange in that picture. It could have something to do with the bright pink rug I layed the clothes out on.

I know you love DHS, but it's just not our favorite. I always feel like Madison gets a little bored there....just not enough for her to do.

We do like the Villains...I just feel like Lotso wasn't put out there as a villain until the movie came out. It will be up to Madison if she wants to meet him or not.

This night at DHS we are reserving for shows. We have another night at DHS planned which is EMH with no Fantasmic. That night will be for rides....although we might try to sneak a few in the first DHS night too (single rider at RNRC?).

I don't get Lotso, who would want to meet the bad guy? We saw a toy of him in the store and DH was really excited because he smells like strawberries...and that's good because... we want our children to associate strawberries with EVIL?

I think either the white shorts or the jean shorts. Of course, you should probably do the opposite of what I say because we use the phrase, "you look like Mommy dressed you!" when the children are wearing something horribly mismatched. I told DH he is going to have to do the ziplock bag thing for the kids outfits for our trip if he wants me to help him get them dressed. Sadly, I may have him do the ziplock bag thing for me too, I'm hopeless!

Both of your outfits are SO CUTE--as usual! I love your shirt. And I think the yellow shorts would be perfect with Maddie's shirt.

You should definitely try to see B&TB. It's incredible. But if you really want to see it the right way, start waiting about 20-30 mins before the show. It's not as good when you're way far away.

Oh--and I love those prices for the MK!! Maybe they'll go "retro" and start charging those prices again!

Look what I just got in the mail!!!!

Woo hoo!!!! It totally made my day.

Ok, I had Madison try on the Pink shirt from Day 2 with both the white and yellow shorts. They are both a big NO! The shirt is too long to wear with either pair, so we'll be bringing these shorts with us instead:

They're a nice pair of khaki bermuda shorts from ON. They are a great length and look really nice with the pink shirt (sorry so wrinkled, just washed them!).

Time for Day 3!!!

Day 3- September 24th

The plan for today is to arrive at Epcot for rope drop (9am). We'll head straight to Soarin' first, grab FP's then ride standby. Soarin' is my absolute favorite!!! It's so relaxing and literally takes my breath away. When I was calling Disney a lot last week, I got to hear the Soarin' music while on hold and it was wonderful!

After Soarin' we'll probably head over to TT and see how long the wait is. We have to watch our time because we have an ADR at Cape May Cafe at 10:45am. I can't wait to walk to the BC through the International Gateway...something I've never done!

After our breakfast, we have a few options. We can explore the BC/YC for a bit (one of my dream resorts), head to the Boardwalk for some exploring and photo ops or head straight back to Epcot. It all depends on what the majority of us would like to do. We could always go back to Pop for a bit as well (which I don't really want to do).

We have another ADR for this day as well....Via Napoli!!!!!! I cannot wait to try out this new restaurant. Our ADR is for 5:45pm. I'd like to explore WS as much as possible this evening and Madison wants to do some Kim Possible missions. There is PM EMH this evening until midnight so we'll be skipping IllumiNations this night to hit up some attractions instead. We all really want to do TT at night. We'll try to stay as long as we can, but without a midday break, I don't know how long we'll last. Do you think they'd let me take a nap in the BC lobby??

Other things we want to do at Epcot:
-Captain EO (I remember seeing this as a kid)
-Imagination (gotta love Figment, but not the skunk smell)
-SE...another fav!
-Maybe MS for Tony
-Visa Meet N Greet pic
-LOTS of time in WS

Outfit Time!!!

Here is my outfit. The choice for shorts is navy or light khaki. I love the navy shorts with the top, but I'm wondering if it's too much blue.

Madison's outfit....I love the fish tank top!! I think it will fit in nicely with Cape May Cafe. Her shirt is paired with light khaki shorts.


On a side note....
We rented the Lego Star Wars game for Wii last night and Madison is LOVING it! I must say, the little Lego guys are so cute. She's getting pretty good at it, so that might be a birthday gift for her.

Disney hold times were CRAZY last week. I waited on hold for 25 min just to make a room request...only to have those people cancel. But I too got to hear the Soarin music, along with Grim Grinning Ghosts and the Splash music. Love it!

I love that top with the blue shorts. I don't think it's too much blue. I love blue!

The walk from Epcot to BC is really nice. I was lucky enough to stay in the villas for a couple nights last year. Loved it!
