I am at Hong Kong Disneyland right now and at the resort bus stop they have those seats. They're great.
I was here yesterday at park close after the nighttime spectacular and they didn't create any issue, most were up anyway and there is still space to pass when they're down.

Those would be a God send after a long day in the park! It always puzzles me why all the different parks don’t have all these small simple things. Can’t imagine it would take much to modify the existing bus stops in WDW.
