I want no new EPCOT countries.

Movies are good, especially if you can sit down in the theatre!!
As for new countries--doubt seriously we'll see anything of the sort in the forseeable future.
Been lots of "talk" thru the years--but that's all it's been.

I never liked World Showcase, I hate standing there watching films and all it seemed like was store after store and places to eat, nothing much to do. I rode the ride in Norway but I didn't even realize that Mexico had one...I may have to walk over in August to check it out but I won't watch any of the films there, I would rather be out and about than watching a movie standing up.

Since WS pavilions are sponsored by the host nations, only countries with sufficient cash are gonna be eligible. We will never see a Bangladesh or Armenia pavilion, for example. But a Russian, Irish, or South African pavilion is an interesting possibility.

The French theater has seating. I know what you mean about standing though. It's nice to relax for a while but that's hard to do when you have to stand the whole time.

I'd love to see a Russian pavillion. Australia or New Zealand would be high up on my list too (I'd also love to see AK add a "down under" trek because the animals from that part of the world are fascintating). I love the World Showcase. I think it's the next best thing to actually getting to visit those countries for real.

Something from South America would be different as long as it wasn't too much like Mexico. Maybe Brazil, Argentina or Chile? And I like other country suggestions previously posted.

I wouldn't want a major thrill ride in the World Showcase. I think it would ruin the atmosphere and draw too many crowds to that one country. I like the low key rides that are there and the entertainment. I do think that the movies need to be updated and it would be nice to be able to sit down.

We love WS, but I would love to see some additions:

Ireland--with a step dancing show and Grafton Street-like shopping and "Doors of Dublin" architecture.
Greece--a Mykanos look and that wonderful food. A dark ride about the myths and legends would be awesome.
Russia--mostly for the architecture, not the food!
India--love Indian food.
Ancient Egypt--what a cool dark ride that could have!

Just dreaming.

Your right, a ride about the myths and legends of greece would be great. Not to mention the wonderful food. Great idea barbeml!
