It seems the Lands always open with two E-Ticket rides...so we will need two good dark rides, and some kiddie rides as well.
A lot of anthro-mammal meets and greets...but the little critters could be puppets, and little shows could pop up everywhere. Kids would be delighted to interact with little mice near a shop, or food court.
Even without a land, a Little Rodentia puppet town could pop-up overnight and surround a meet and greet with Zootopia's finest in blue.
