I actually meant to post this as a reply elsewhere but I must have hit the wrong button.... oh well glad I could help!
I was really surprised at how easy and how much My DD loved WDW at this age. It was adorable the way she responded to the characters!! Here are some things we did for our trip:
I was breastfeeding and she hadn't started solids yet..so taking food along for her was really easy
We stayed onsite, and relied on the disney transportation. I packed everything she would need, but tried not to over pack. I really only took diapers, wipes, blankets, pacifiers, a few toys and clothes for her. I don't think lugging around any of her baby "equitment" would have been any more beneficial considering we weren't in our room much and we flew down to orlando so space was an issue. It worked out well.
I also brought a bottle of antibacterial dish soap to wash pacifiers etc... at the hotel, and some detergent. There were a few times I just hand washed some items in the sink and hung them to dry (I packed enough to get us through the week... but those diapers don't always catch the messes

and I didn't want to waste my time doing full loads of laundry if it wasn't necessary )
We took it nice and slow, and my DD just went with the flow. She was still alittle too young for sun screen, so I found the sling to be so useful in keeping her covered (along with a nice shady hat). I also offered her some bottled water when it got really hot to help keep her hydrated.
We used the baby care centers when we were near them or needed a break. The AK and MK have the nicest ones. They are very nice for a break, but since they only have one location in the park, I would feed my DD on rides or in shows when she was hungry.
We took her on every ride that we could take my DS (3) on, and she loved them! I don't remember ever having to take her out of the sling to fit on a ride. Another plus on the Maya wrap is they have a deep pocket sewn into them that I was easily able to fit a diaper, small baggie of wipes, some anitbacterial gel, credit card, even the camera for short times(it made it bulky) One night I went to Epcot with my DD and the sling (hands free of stuff) and walked around the countries as she slept in the sling!
I think this age is such a great age to take them. They aren't moving around much, and love the stimulation! I hope this helps some, this all I can come up with for now. Have a wonderful trip! I woundn't hesitate taking a baby this young again, she was actually a little easier than the 3yo!
