i did book WL with a public code already
but should I call to see if I have a better code on file with my name>>

Absolutely. I've read on these boards people have had called and were told they had a code under their name. It never hurts to ask. All they can say is no.

YES!! I would definatly call and check to see if there is a pin attached to your name or household.

I called to see if there was a pin attached to my name. The CM was able to pull up pin numbers from emails and postcards I recieved in 2002 and 2003.

Ok - I called to make sure that I could pay at check in - not by March 28th like my ressi conf. said

so I asked about this too -
GREAT cm by the way
and she said that I did have one - but it was the same rate i already got -
so I asked about concierge as we had been debating giving it a try -
and it is not available Shame on me for not just bookingit right away.
