Saturday night chats are "party" chats, with lots of silliness. Posters are very friendly and everyone is welcome, but it's rather like being at a busy party with lots of different silly conversations going on at once. You can certainly ask and get answers to your Disney trip planning questions then, but you're better off sticking to quick/short questions during such chaotic chats. We have short attention spans on Saturdays!
The others have given good advice- you'll get the best responses to trip planning posts if you put a single question in a post AND make sure the title is descriptive AND put the post in the proper forum.
For instance, a post titled "Trying to decide between Pop Century and All Stars", posted on the Resorts Forum, that describes your group and why you're having trouble deciding would probably get a lot more responses than one titled "Confused" posted on the Community Board that simply says "Tell me where I should stay."
Also, a long and rambling post with many questions takes a lot of time and effort to read and respond to. (Not saying that describes your post, just that the short and to the point posts seem to get better responses.)
Here's a list of the scheduled chats. You might want to try visiting a Trip Planning chat for trip planning advice in a quieter setting:
