I think we should stop being mad at yavn.

I know it is too difficult to see, but please just read on. You may not know, but yavn is really not the cause of our problems. He only owned VMK, and Disney, in a way, owned HIM. It wasn't his choice to close down VMK. It was Disney's. Im sure he would have kept VMK open longer.. but he would've been fired from Disney. Although you may be mad because he didn't tell us about some things, and promised some things.. But after I thought about it.. I think most of us do those things too. Please don't flame me. I just want to apologize to yavn. I'm sorry.

I agree with the subject of this thread. Yavn is just a man, not an executive. Furthermore, he is not the same "Yavn" that creaed this game. If you want to be mad, aim your frustration towards the big dogs....the ones that sit around that $10,000 cherry wood oval table with the high gloss finish in the $1000 high back black leather chairs on the executive floor in the Disney Corporate office in Burbank.

You're absolutely right. I've never been angry with Yavn over the closure (only over other things related to the game). I realize it wasn't his decision and I hope everybody else does, too.

Yes I have no ill feelings towards yavn, and hope he is adding his 2 cents to those people in the nice chairs that vmk should stay.
He once said " you asked for it, here it is" . I am pretty sure he knows what we are asking for but has no power of his own to deliver. Thats Why we need to add our voices to this.

But agreed the ill will towards any staff in not warranted, the letters to WDIG and Disney Corporate are currently very warranted

Yep, THESE are the people I was immediately angry with when I heard the news of VMK's closing. And I still am.
