Yay, the ring is fixed!!!! The sizing balls make it fit perfectly around my finger, and it doesn't slide around and flop side to side. It is hard as heck to get on and off, but with a little wiggling I can manage. I told my mom that I would rather endure a few seconds of pain taking it on and off twice a day, rather than worrying about it falling off all day. Plus, I just LOVE the way it fits/sits on my finger with the balls- beauty requires some pain I suppose. The jeweler said that the bottom of my finger is just really really thin, so if it's not tight over my knuckle it will roll and roll around. What I wouldn't kill for normal sized fingers-- curse you size 3.5!!

Anyway, thanks for your help everyone. I know I can ALWAYS count on the Dis!!

Word of Warning about sizing, I had my ring sized after DF bought it. The jeweler sized me before he bought the ring, but it was still too big. My ring has pave diamonds down the sides. Because my ring was resized, the pave diamonds have fallen out 4 times already! I didn't know this that you can't size a ring with pave diamonds because it loosens all of them. Now the jeweler is making me a brand new ring because I finally complained enough and broke down in tears one day because a diamond fell out right before we left for the Disney site visit and I had just gotten it back from them fixing it before.

Be careful about sizing your ring, if you can always ask if you can get a ring made in your size!

So glad you got a solution! Yeah, as another size 3.5 girl, it can be a pain!

I'd love to find rings at the kiosks at the mall that would fit - you know those cute fashionable big stone ones? The smallest they have is a size 5 and that only fits my thumb!!

Beautiful ring and congratulations on your engagement!! I would love to have small, dainty hands. (And they make the diamond look so big!) Instead I have size 8 fingers... Oh well!
