I think I'm ready-

to start scrapping, that is! I went to my 2 hour introductory class today, which I didn't know beforehand, was lead by a Creative Memories Consultant. Unfortunately, I was the most "beginning" in the class-everyone else had at least done a little. Everyone else knew about edging pictures, punch-outs, journal cards (whatever those little 2X3 papers with all the lines are called), and photo organizer boxes (the things that loked like giant recipe files to me). Meanwhile, I sat there going "Huh"??? But once I took her round punch and made a Mickey head using 1 big circle and 2 little circles, then put it on a page with a picture of my son performing in front of the DL castle, I'm hooked! Hopefully, I can start with a few things from Hobby Lobby for less than through Creative Memories-like that big recipe file thing for organizing pictures. Mickey heads, here I come!

It is very addicting...please be careful & plan accordingly. When I'm working on a project, the scrapping materials tend to take over my house & I tend to neglect the kids...so much that I only see them at meals...which by the way, if I'm working on a project...we eat a lot of frozen dinners.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Disney scrapbooking. It is very addictive! We have scrapbooked our third trip and we are working our way backwards. I'm getting ready to start the second trip. I just bought my album yesterday. Our local scrapbook store had lots of disney items and are expecting more anytime. I can't wait!!

Welcome! That is how I got addicted.... Creative Memories. I do use alot of non creative memories stuff. You can get good deals at Hobby Lobby watch for their sales. I also use coupons from Joann's and Michaels.
