On 5/21, I sent an e-mail to member services, and, a few days ago, Jackie from MS called me back/left a message
--this is the first time I've been contacted. I have read posts about Jackie, so I know she's an active DVC MS contact person. We've been playing phone tag, & we finally talked earlier today.
First, I sincerely thanked her for trying to reach me. I told her I don't envy her job! We had a short, pleasant conversation and I mentioned a couple of my concerns.
She is passing them on to the appropriate person(s). Maybe it will make a difference, maybe not...I just feel better knowing DVC MS is listening, & appreciate the effort to address all DVC member concerns.
