I survived Black friday....and I got lucky too!!

I found everything I needed !
Of course when I checked out a few people wanted to kill me because I had all my flyers lined up for price adjustments but none of them knew that walmart and k-mart match competitors prices.
Yesterday I got Hasbro games B1G1F , I got disney edition Sorry for free and today I got disney UNO for $6 among other things.
Now I'm just headed to the mall with the kids so they can see Santa and walk around the disney store ( God help me there! ) so I will see you later.
How did you do shopping today?

DH(at in-laws) and I got everything but one.

We did real good!

I only have 2 presents left to buy!!!!

I didn't go shopping I hate shopping. I'm cleaning and packing right now.

got everything i wanted and found some extra too!!! LOL~i can never go to the store and only get what i need/want. and best of all i was home before 9 am. and now my christmas shopping is done.
all i have left to buy are batteries for the toys!

Great job Olga.. I got the Disney Uno as well. Love the Kmart sales.


Yes, I had the "hairy eyeball" from many a person as well. ONe person even asked to borrow my Target ad so she could get a Beauty and the Beast plantinum for $11. She had six Disney Unos in her cart plus Disney music game, so I let her use it.. while I was filling out other stuff.. (hey if it was a DIS'er at the Strafford Wayne Kmart, shout out!)


I used about three different fliers.


I got everything I wanted and then some. I'm glad I went yesterday to Kmart, because some of the things were gone early this am.


My impressions:

Kmart --not crowded at all, great customer service, many lines open (sort of suprising for Kmart, actually)

Target-- not a great sale, so not many people in there. They had many cashiers.

JC Penney--just walked through for the snow globe, but it didn't look bad either

Best Buy, lots of people but great buys, and organized lines.

Mall traffic was fine, I got a spot in the front row at 8 am, and was one of maybe five people in the bath and body works store

Do you mean LOTR (Lord of the Rings?).. I saw this in Kmart I think today, either that or Best Buy...

I did very badly. Only really, really wanted one thing for my DH and I got to Best Buys too late. I got there when they opened but it was still too late.

Too many others knew the store (& the system) better then me and I missed out.

I'm an impaired shopper.......
