Call Disney Dining and re-confirm all of your reservations!

I've read a few posts about people having their ADRs canceled on them, so I got nervous. No, it didn't happen to me, but I DID have two ADRs made for the same day at about the same time (we were deciding between them, and just did).

Anyway, I called with my list and I had made one reservation for the wrong week! We are there 11-2 to 11-10, and instead of making it for November 2, I made it for the 9th. That was the one I was cancelling anyway, but just goes to show - you can be picked on for being overly anal regarding planning and STILL make a dopey mistake.

I am just going to go online and print mine out. Then once I get to pop I will have guest services double check everything

I just went online and printed them all out and had them sent to me via email. I will take that with me to the restaurant as proof. If something happend to the reservation in their system, I trust that Disney will accommodate me for their mistake.

I agree, if you have proof you made the ADR even if they mess up and cancel it they should accommodate you

I know that I should probably know the anser to this but how do I find an dprint the ADRs I made on line? Is there a way to pull them all up other than the confirmation emails they send you at the time you make the ADR? I would love to have them print all in one place!

I believe that may not necessarily be true - esp for LeCellier - as in people can "cheat" and claim they have a ressie - and show them a "doctored" adr - (I just dont think like a cheat or 'crook' and am always amazed when something is put in place because of cheating and theivary! )

its been reported here, if its not in their system, they cant seat you....

yes...go to disneyworld.com and in top right corner where it says "my disney vacation" use the drop down menu and ckick on dining reservations...
click the "+Retrieve Multiple Reservations " for as many adrs that you have (up to 10 at a time) then you will have to enter in each res # as well as telephone # ...then hit retieve dining...you can print from here and also send in one batch to your email...hope this helps

Thanks! I was just wondering how to do that. It worked perfectly, your directions were excellent.

And, if you need to cancel, you can do that on this screen as well.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know you could retreive on line if you didn't make them on line. I went right in and was able to check and print out all my reservations. Thank you again for all the good info!
