I still have not gotten my DDE card

And I leave on Friday! Can I call them back and ask for one of those letters to be left at Epcot? Anyone have the number to call DDE?

There should be no problem getting a letter to use at the restuarants. They have always been helpful with us when we call.

I'm waiting for my card too--we are going this weekend. I was told when I ordered my card in early March that I should call two days before we leave if I don't have it. Then I'll have to pick them up at Epcot. Maybe today will be the day...

Thanks for the numbers everyone. I know they billed me I saw it on my AMEX statement when I paid last month's bill! I will wait till Thursday. We are leaving on Friday but we are driving and wont get there till Staurday

I ordered my DDE card mid march and received my card in the mail yesterday, however when I ordered the girl who I spoke to told me there would be a letter waiting at guest relations in EPCOT in case I didnt get the card before we left.

When i called to purchase the card we had planned onleaving the afternoon that school let out on April 12. We have since moved or plans up to leave Friday April 8 after school lets out so I am leaving sooner than excepted.

Friday is April 7th.

I ordered my card on March 13th and the card arrived last Saturday April 1st. If you don't receive it, you should have no problem picking up the letter at Epcot. Just call on or before Friday when you leave, since the DDE folks are not open on the weekends. You can pick up the letter on the weekends though, just not speak to anyone on the phone about your DDE.
