I somehing going on the wwekend of Jan 26?

I just called to try to book the HRH fo 2 nights Jan 26 and the lowest rate was $239 for a pool view> He said no STSS rates were left and there was very low space available and questioned if something was happening that weekend. Anyone know?

I will be there the 24 & 25th of January, but I'm only taking one room!!! When I was in the process of calling and checking rates, they always told me to hold the room, you can get full refund if you change your mind up to 5 days in advance.....so I booked... but they did mention that there wasnt much left at this time. It could be the discounted rooms that they are talking about, I don't know if its like disney where they only have so many discounted rooms available. I did book at a fan club rate for the Hard Rock Hotel and I'm glad I did!
Hoping nothing else is happening!!
