I sent/recieved my Ornament Exchange

Do not dispair, one will be on it's way with in the week.

I have not heard from anyone that was supposed to have sent to all you non recievers, so unfortuneately, they will be barred from all future exchanges

This was a very good exchange for most people. I won't let a few bad guys ruin it for anyone.

I didn't get one but I don't want someone who didn't even have me in the exchange to have to send me an ornament....that wouldn't be fair to them...if my exchange person isn't going to do it then I don't want anyone else to have to send one.....I will try again next year and maybe have better luck....

I forgot to post (tho' I did PM Marsha to thank her!) that my Mum received hers from Marsha (Mickeyfan1) the other day.... she was thrilled with a huge mistletoe YC jar and a 'lampshade' in cute Christmas ceramic to fit it!

Thanks to our wonderful organiser for this fun fun exchange and being a surprising and greatly appreciated 'elf'.... such a shame other ppl let things down

OK, I think we will have this wrapped up soon. Thanks to several generous Elves, replacement packages will be out soon.

I want to say thank you to everyone who participated in the exchange. I know the mail got really slow, and in a few cases really lost. Anytime we do this big of an exchange at a holiday there are bound to be a few hiccups. But all in all, I say it was good.

Who knows, maybe I'll do it again next year!

WOW!

I feel like it's Christmas all over again!

I just got an INCREDIBLE ornament exchange box for evilqueenfan and it was so wonderful! My son likes to open boxes we get and he was jumping all over the place.

The ornaments and the doorhanger were all nice but the little bag of the Dolphin things... BOY did they bring back memories. We stayed at the Dolphin back in 2001 and it was one of our best trips!

And thank you, mickeyfan1.What an awesome job you did with this exchange. You treated it like a job and I truly respect that.

You are very welcome, Robin. I'm glad you received it and liked everything in it. I was worried I would have trouble finding nice things to send at this late date but it all worked out good. I am glad that I could step in and help out.
I brought the extra things home from the Swan/Dolphin during our last trip b/c i just KNEW that it might bring a smile to some of my fellow exchange Disers. Guess I was right.
