I just received my package! Barry Hom sent me two ornaments one of Pooh huggung Piglet and another of a manatee wearing a Santa hat (a nod to Barry's Florida home). My DS's are already squabbling over who gets to put the manatee on the tree! Thanks a lot Barry! They are great1

Hiya

Wow! I just got off the phone with my Mum who received her first ornament today!!! It was from the lovely Zen1 and my Mum is just thrilled to bits I have to say (this is her first ever exchange).

We are most impressed at how fast it got here... according to Zen1 and this thread she only sent it over from the States 4 days ago!

Anyways, huge thanks to you Zen1 from my Mum for what I'm told is the *cutest* fluffy, jumper-wearing Stitch ornament (both my Mum and I are *huge* Lilo and Stitch fans so I'm envious LOL) who is also wearing a Minnesota pin. Zen1 also included a disney magic towel and a lovely postcard/note. (Apologies to Zen1 if I've forgotten anything but my Mum did love all the package contents).

If I hadn't got home from work so late today I would have gone up to see for myself but I could tell from the enthusiasm over the phone that she is more than happy. So thanks very much Zen1 for a great (and speedy!) exchange!

My Mum and I would like to say to our exchangees 'sorry' if things take a little while from our end... we failed to find anything we liked in the shops so ordered online from elsewhere in Britain and have to wait for the ornaments to come to us before we can send on... but we will do as soon as possible (and of course before Dec 10)..

LOL! Thanks for adding in the translation Marsha, I quite forgot myself there! I did wonder about the word order at first (thought perhaps a better way to say it might have been "Stitch who is wearing a jumper" but I guess that would have been no better! *giggles* sorry everyone for my British-ness

I did say wearing a 'pin' instead of 'badge' tho, are you proud?!

I will report in for Mac3's daughter (Ashleigh) who has the majority of her package together but is missing the most important part "the ornament".

She is in the middle of a book report at present, but I think she should be able to have it all together by this weekend and I will ship Monday.

Hi Gaspode,

Wow that was really fast, I did not think it would get there until about sat. I am so glad that your mom liked her Stitch ornament and the little extras that I sent! Stitch is one of my favorites too! I thought he was a good one too send because he looks like he came from Minnesota, with his little sweater and snow ball in his hand!(Thats kind of what we look like here, during the winter time)!!!!!!!!

I got my ornament! Thank you so much Boots (Ellen)!!! It's the cutest little Mickey in a snowglobe ornament, only the snowglobe part is shaped like Mickey's head. There's even snow inside! I love it, thank you so much!
