I sent/received my Yankee Candle Exchange!

YIPPEE!!!! I got mine last night. It was from Debbie, but I don't know her username. I looked and looked in the box, but no name. She sent me a box of Coconut Bay tealights and three tarts. I need to go get me some unscented tea lights so I can enjoy these tarts in the warmer Stephen bought me the other day.

Thanks so much Debbie. The coconut reminds me of laying on the beach with suntan lotion. Love that memory.

Mine is purchased, I just have to box it up and send it. I think I'll re-use the box from Debbie and send mine out this afternoon or tomorrow. I love this exchange!

The candles came in handy last night - very cold and snowy. Unfortunately, the weather man was correct on this forecast. We didn't get an overabundance of snow - but we got way more than I care for (probably about 8" of wet heavy snow). Spring is supposed to be on the way when March starts!!!!!

Ok...I think I learned a lesson - thank goodness I did insurance on mine....I just got a package from an ebay item that I won on Monday from California. I sent my package a week ago Parcel Post and it's going in the same direction (but not necessarily the same state) and it hasn't been received yet (as far as I know ). Isn't that weird???? Oh well...I guess it's priority for me next time! (and I know it hasn't been received because I did delivery confirmation and it is still in transit).

I'll tell you our mail is so inconsistent. On the recipe exchange I just had it took 19 days for a package to go from NY to IL........and then I mailed one from here (WA) to OH and it took 3 days!!

What a great package!! I love it.
Votives.......Macintosh, fresh cut roses, key lime pie, tulips, wild pansies, cranberry chutney, melon patch, sweet pea, vanilla nectar, and apples and roses Wow!!
but...I'm not done....a very cute votive holder.
A 3.7 ounce jar of honeydew melon and a VERY cute Easter basket themed topper for it.
