I sent/received my postcard exchange

Hi All!

Just wanted to let you know that I signed up for 3 exchanges, and I was away from the 5-11th, so I was only able to retrieve my names today! I will be able to send them out by the 14th, but I just wanted to apologize in advance to my exchangees because I normally like to get these things done right away! (Especially being from Hawaii, since things take a little longer from here.)

However, the upside of this situation is that I was able to get some postcards from the Island of Hawaii (the "Big Island" as we like to call it) that I probably couldn't have gotten here on Oahu!

I will post on Monday after I have sent them out for sure.

Mail for me today! Meriweather, exchange guru extrodinare ;) , sent the most beautiful postcards from Washington. I have never been that far west but I think I have found a few places I would love to visit. The smell when the tulips are in bloom must be heaven! Thank you!

Glad they arrived, bobcat :)
It is beautiful here.........come visit ;)

So what has NOT been sent out CS?? Bookmarks and notecards?

I received one yesterday from momof20h.

Gina you are great! One is the pennsylvania turnpike, looks like a beautiful drive like you mentioned. and one of a water tower in her town. Plus a tin of piglet candy and two jelly lollipops. DD will eat those.

Thank you Gina.

Also wanted to let everyone know that mine is late sending out, but they are going in the mail today. Sorry for the delay.

One is a very pretty one of the Royal Botanical Gardens in Ontario, Canada.
The other is a aeiral view of Hamilton, Ontario.

I got mail today from Victoria BC. SHARBY sent me lovely post cards from Victoria BC, plus a magnet that I have on my fridge as I type! I am going to make the kids locate where these cards are from on the map tonight! Thanks again!!

Thank you WDWLVR

A lovely package arrived yesterday, beautiful postcards and a notepad and key ring :) Thank you so much!

You are very welcome. Glad you liked them. These exchanges are such fun!

:Pinkbounc Mine are all ready to go :bounce:

Will be going to the Post Office tomorrow morning.

:D

Yesterday I received some very nice postcards from Nutsy. Thanks so much -- they are already hanging on my fridge -- a reminder of a beautiful place that I would love to visit one day!

On another note, I had intended to mail my 3 "packages out at the beginning of last week -- but couldn't find the cards that I was looking for  , so mine just went out on Friday.

I got all of mine out just under the wire. I apologize for being so late but I had to find the right ones! :)

I received five gorgeous cards from Meriweather just the other day. I used to have a friend that lived in that area and she always told me it was beautiful. Now I can see that it definitely is and you seem to have just about every type of environment there too!

I have to ask how to pronounce Snoqualmie. For those who are unfamiliar (like me), this is the name of a beautiful waterfall east of Seattle. I must comment on the field of tulips too. I used to live in Holland so I really love tulips. These cards are all super and thanks for the comments (and the card with a map) to help me sort out what I'm looking at. :)

Just giving us a nudge:Pinkbounc in the right direction so we don't get lost.
