I saw this is a room and it is so sad

Well I was in this room with this boy and this girl was his servant. To me this seemed to be so inappropriate. He treated her badly and it was always yes Master. This seems to be more of an adult game. She seemed new but could have been a mule. But I think it was just so wrong. I was just so upset to see this behaviour on VMK. Should I say anything.
