I saw my FIRST DIS Antenna Topper Today. . .

I was driving in my hometown of Granite City, IL on State Street along the park and low and behold, there it was!! A beautiful, lime green antenna topper!!!!! It was approximately 12:30pm. Was that YOUR topper?? Come on, fess up--who was in Granite City today?????

Wasn't me, I wasn't anywhere near there...but I do have a lime green topper. Right now I have my red/white and blue one on in support of our troops. Maybe I'll change to the lime green for our drive down to WDW in 2 weeks.

Just wanted to across the river to you, since I'm only about 15 miles away!

I was thinking the EXACT SAME THING!!!! I talked to another DISer from Effingham, IL about this and there are several in Edwardsville (which is only about 15 minutes from me). Then of course St. Louis is RIGHT across the River from me and I'm sure there are lots of DISers and Lurkers there!! I would LOVE to do one!! I actually wanted to go to one in Chicago but didn't work with my schedule.

I would really like to meet other DISers in the area!!!

I saw one the other evening pulling into where curves/finish line in Vernon was. I was tempted to follow them and say hey I dis too. But I didn't.
