I don't usually watch horror movies, but since Roger wanted to watch it I agreed. It was scary (which is not good this morning because I was left alone in the church office for two days-yesterday and today and every little noise is making me jump today), but I also really, really liked it. Has anybody else seen it?

I watched it about a month ago; I liked the beginning scene at the party (I know, I'm sick aren't I?). I also liked when they finally showed what exactly happened on the ship that night; felt really sorry for that little girl.

JOC, I felt really sorry for the little girl, too. The party scene freaked me out and I was trying to eat at the time.

I liked it too. Usually it's not my type of movie and there were a couple of scenes where I closed my eyes, but the drama and suspense kept my interest.

I enjoyed it too and I usually don't like those types of flicks!

Maybe it is just me, but I don't understand the ending. She is in the ambulance, and notices crew people carrying boxes. Are they supposed to be coffins for her friends? If so, How would anyone find those bodies? Obviously, the villain is still alive but the coffins confused me!

The crew people are her friends. Those aren't coffins, they're boxes of gold. They're trying to leave an opening for a sequel (I think.)

OOHHH! I wasn't paying close enough attention to the people carrying the boxes. Didn't realize they were her friends! Thanks Honeywolf!

Cindy, Greer (the African American guy) was the one I recognized first and then I saw Dodge (the blonde) at the end of the line right before the bad guy (whose name I can't remember right now.) My only question was, "If the bad guy was given the job of salvaging souls because of a life of sin, is the movie trying to make a statement that ship salvaging is sinful because it's greedy or had the woman's friends' lives been sinful for other reasons?"

I rented it yesterday on the advice of a co-worker and really enjoyed it. I didn't see the ending coming. I guess since the "salvager" lost his last cargo of souls he was going to use the new cruise ship to do it all again. My favorite scene was also where the little girl showed what happened to everyone that night in 1962.

I forgot to say that my favorite scene was where the souls that the "salvager" lost all rose into heaven (at least that's where I assume they were going.)
