But it's 85 degrees in here! ARGH!!! I just opened the windows, and the ceiling fan is going. Hopefully it'll cool a bit. It was 80 degrees in good 'ol North Texas today.

Gotta love to be in Texas in the spring. The bluebonnets are starting to bloom, and they're gorgeous!

:flower: :flower: :flower: :flower:

Send some of that Texas heat here..... I am so sick of the cold!

 I can't imagine living in Texas without using the A/C. We have ours on all year long. But then again your N. Texas and I am in the South. We only turned our heater on around Christmas and that was only b/c we had 8 in. of snow!!! :faint: I'm so used to the A/C now if it gets to be 72 or 73 I think it's hot! :rotfl:

:hourglass 3 weeks and counting...................
::MickeyMo That's warm!

It was close to 60 here today, windows open and we are off to WDW in 3 weeks, my parents just came back from WDW last week and said it was 86
Spring has Sprung, finally!

Keep cool! :flower:

I miss bluebonnets and I wish it was 80 degrees here today.

I live in central TX , and have been using the a/c of and on for almost a month now.
We have already had a day that hit 89 degrees. Northerners enjoy your cool weather because most of us Southern Texans will be complaining when the mercury hits above 100 degrees this summer.

I had ours on today! I have had the car air on for several days, but this was the first time I had it on in the house this year.

I was going to hold out until May myself--but my kids cannot sleep when it is hot in the house and one day the temp just got up there and my DD was sick and I had to cave!

It's back off now--so I will try to hold out until May again.

It's just the principal of the whole thing. A/C in March should just be wrong. It's supposed to cool off a bit for the next few days, so I've dodged that bullet. It'll probably go on upstairs the next two weeks. Downstairs unit goes on on DD's bday, towards the end of April (because we usually have a house full of people).

I rather have A/C on in March than the heat on! Sorry... can't feel sorry for ya! Come move up here if you don't want to use a/c in March! I'll trade places with you! :goodvibes

We got up to 76º today, then a front and rough weather rumbled through (torando watches and that), now down to 56º.

I have no problems having the AC on all winter if it means we don't get no stinkin' snow. I'd take this beautiful 80 degree weather anyday =)

We've had ours on and off for at least a month now, I'm not complaining. ;)

Now don't get me wrong... I'm not complaining about our beautiful weather. I'm complaining about electric bills!

I'd love to be able to see those bluebonnets.. :flower:

It reached 87 today. Im about 20 minutes north of Tampa. I have to use A/C in the van, but the house I turn it on for a little while during the hottest part of the day, then I turn it off. It only runs for a few hours at most.

I was going to post "you must not live in Texas then" for my response but I see I'm mistaken.

Our air is on. It's HOT here.

Can I just ask what is it with people stopping in the middle of the 70mph highway to take their kids pictures in the bluebonnets?
