I received two pin codes- not free dining

I didn't even know what a pin code was until I started reading on this forum today, but it looks like I might have two. I went to Disney last November (planning to return this November) and I received a pin code via e-mail the following month (and also in January and May) which just states a slightly lower rate for standard rooms in value and moderate hotels, but the discount only applies to two of the deluxe hotels. I guess I am out of luck if no standard rooms are available when I book though.

I also received a different pin code offer in the mail that mentions a rate of a 6-night stay in November, but I'm not planning to stay that long so I guess I can't use that one.

I was just planning to book when the general public discount for November comes out in a few months. I also have AAA, so I'll ask about that when I make my reservation and I guess I'll mention the pin codes too. I'm really hoping to stay at a deluxe (either the Wilderness Lodge or the Polynesian), but I'm trying to convince a more frugal friend to go along with it, so hopefully we'll be able to get a good deal!

I would call about your codes to see if they could apply one of them to your stay. Often, they use a sample vacation like say, 6 days on the pin code to see an example of savings. Also, there usually many different types of rooms included on these codes so call and see if what you are looking for is included good luck!
