Ok been going to WDW since I made my 1st dollar and yes that was a long time ago but only been at WL 1X and WVL 1X... my excuse was always the waitlist is to long, its always fully book etc. And like anything that affects my comfort zone it got placed at the very back burner. So anyway I am now faced in staying this June at WVL... things you do when you let your guard down So please refresh my memory the mode of transportation at WVL other than the BOAT!!! all help and fyi will be greatly appreciated and also the aid on using less drugs during vacation

No primary mode of transportation would actually be the bus (you can get a bus to all 4 parks from the resort), just like all the other non-monorail resorts. Additionally, you can use the boat to get to the MK, or a different boat to get to either Contemporary or Ft. Wilderness.

No, the dedicated bus is the best way to all parks, but there is a direct boat from VWL to the MK.

Above post gave me solace!!! Thank you for taking the time!!! Now I can start packing without hyperventilating in between folds. After a short chit chat a few nights back the next morning I drove to work like the road was closing on me, ended up seeing my primary for a check up !!! I feel much better now !

We will be at BCV beginning June 12 for the week, but we may be entertaining our oldest DGD if parents and she decide that she's ready for a few nights away from home with her DGP! I wonder if 8 years is old enough. If so, we'll make arrangements to do that with each DGC as they turn that magic age!

Bobbie, that is exactly what my parents did for our kids. When they turned 8, they got to go on a trip with grandma and grandpa by themselves. They loved it!

Great! Now that we have Floridian Wozes, it will be easier to take each DGC for a weekend. DS has given an OK to the deal, am waiting for a little chat with DDiL, because DS would say yes to anything that involves Disney, at least that's my "take" on my DElderS!
