I-Pod and I-Pod Nano Accessories

My DD has an I-Pod and my son is getting an I-Pod Nano for Christmas (shhh-don't tell him ) and I'm wondering if there are any accessories that would be useful. I got them each a case to put around their I-Pods but that is it so far. I went to Target and Best Buy today and looked at accessories but I was completely overwhelmed and confused. Maybe someone here can help a techno-challenged mom.

I recommend a pack of Nano Tubes to protect it from scratches and a charger. The Nano will only come with a charger that runs through the computer, meaning if you are away from home, you can't charge it. I got one for DH because it was his first complaint about the Nano.

I agree on a charger that plugs into the wall. That's what I want for mine. The charger that comes with them now only works when plugged into a computer that is on and not in hibernation mode which is kind of a hassle. How about a gift card for iTunes downloads? I know Target sells them in a $15 version.
