Do any of you have this cookwear> I have been looking at it for some time now and yesterday I decided to go ahead and order the set. :cool1: I think I am going to like it, if not I have 30 days to return it. I do not order alot from QVC. Something really must catch my eye!

Let us know how you like it. I just bought some calphone from amazon, but would like a couple of new skillets and am interested in how these work out for you.

I have Cooks Essentials. Don't know if it was same set as yesterdays TSV. I've had them about a year. Got them to replace my Tfal that was scratched & flaking after 15 yrs.

I have the stainless steel set. We like them very much. No problems. I like the glass lids, but I do miss the vented lids that Tfal had.

I actually had bought a set, and added some more sauce pans & skillets if I remember correctly.

I have the CE set and a few extra pieces. Mine is the stainless with the non-stick. The coating does come off!! They have demonstrated on QVC that you can use metal utensils and knives on their surface and it won't harm the coating. That is bull crap! My little fry pan and sauce pan are all messed up on the bottom. One time I was cooking rice or noodles and noticed little black flakes in the food. It was tossed and I called QVC. They replaced that pan. The lids are nice but make sure you keep them screwed tight or they will become stripped. These replaced my Farberware set.

Hmm thats weird I have the hard anodized set from CE for about 2yrs I never think twice about using metal spoons or anything to mix with and mine is still working great.

I did order the TSV, I got picked the Red. I think I will like the set! I hate to spend alot of money on pot's and pans, but at the same time I want something that will take the abuse of everyday cooking!

I love my Cook's Essentials, although I do agree that the non-stick surface is not damage-proof. I'm ready to replace my medium fry pan soon. Otherwise, I love everthing about them. I have the stainless steel set.

I also like my CE set and I have the stainless steel. :sunny:
They have held up really well except for my large skillet with the lid. I think someone must have used a metal spatula on it or something because the finish is coming off and it is no longer non-stick.

This morning I was just thinking about ordering a new pan to replace it and now I found this thread about CE! :)

I think CE is a great value because the entire set is the same price (or less) than 1 pan/pot at a department store. I hope you enjoy your new pans!

I've had my hard anodized CE for about 2 years now...I also use metal spatulas and spoons in mine. The marks are there but they still work great. I remember they showed the cookware being tested when I ordered them. This is why I have no qualms about using metal if I want to. I love mine and I would order them again!
