Okay, I grew up a snow skiier. Pretty sure I went to a Peter Glenn ski shop in Vermont.

I did kinda guess that the the shop is now a general sports shop and sells water ski equipment.

And now showing my total ignorance about people who live in Orlando - I would have thought it was people who are from someplace else and now live in Orlando who snow ski. Of course, I can be terribly wrong about this and I am just having funny thoughts about skiing since is still close to 80 degrees in Maine right now!

And in a really silly Monday night mood, I am picturing people skiing (snow or water?) at Blizzard Beach.


Now, back to the topic of this thread.

I ordered mine 7/26 and it has not arrived yet. They did e-mail me and tell me there were out of stock and would be shipping this week. Just waiting for it to show up! Gretta

I ordered a 12 oz and an 18oz one on 7/23.
They were delivered yesterday 8/09

I ordered on 7/24 for delivery to OKW. Have not had any emails apart from the order confirmation.
We arrive on 8/22 and stay until 8/31, so I hope the package arrives.

The company has great customer service. Call or send a contact us "email" via the website and they will contact you back.

I sent them an email to check my order's status, but did not hear back so I called their toll-free number. They offered to ship 2nd - day (for an additional $20.00) but that still would have put it past my departure time. She sounded disappointed when I cancelled my order, probably not as disappointed as I was, but it was no problem.

I picked up a couple of Thermos Intak bottles for this trip. I'll let you know how they perform.

I think they are having some growing pains, probably due to the Dis.

I tried to place an order but the site had problems, so I ended up calling. They were very nice and took my order over the phone. Then I received a conformation e-mail that said "order details", but it did not show anything ordered and all it said at the bottom was "items to be picked up"! ( I am out of state.)

I sent another e-mail and they said they would look into it, but I have not heard back yet and it has been about a week.

I got an e-mail today that mine has been shipped, though I cancelled the order yesterday! It will sit on my front steps for over a week and let people know that I'm away on vacation
