I too had the same problem on coming home - I didn't bother buying CDs there thinking I could order them online or something. I emailed Disney mail order as soon as I got home on 26th Nov. re. the Chante C'est Noel and Disneyland Paris en Musique CDs. They emailed me back yesterday! But I don't still know how to order- bit dangerous to send my card details on email I would think - and when I phone them I get a French message which seems to say "We are open" ???!! please leave a message??? Anyone had any success with this type of ordering? I would die happy if I could get the Fantillusion tune, and some of the Xmas music from around the parks!

I think at this time for personal use is only iffy but employers tend to frown on this sort of thing because of viruses

Any sharing of an mp3 containing material not owned by yourself is illegal as only the rights owner and the designated parties can produce and distribute the material. However, if DLRP were to look at this forum I'm sure they wouldn't mind as they can see that the upload and subsequent download of the song is just a stopgap until most of us are in the parks and able to buy the it on CD rather than a malicious attempt to avoid paying for it. They can also see that we are a bunch of uber fans who put a lot of money their way - putting on an illegal file sharing system (like Napster used to be before they became legit) is a whole different story.

I think that is also the reason that may forums don't allow discussions on copying copyrighted material and peer to peer software such as Kazzalite as this can lead to discussions on piracy which forum owners can find themselves in trouble with vendors. I'd always err on the side of caution

Crikey Di, I'm really sorry!!!! Didn't mean to make an incendiary comment like that, then disappear for 3 days!!! To answer the question, I work for the local authority and pretty much any download is "illegal". That's all I meant!!

Also, DH did download it successfully at home for me, and it's now playing beautifully along with a slideshow of our pics - he's dead clever that one! I will indeed be buying every CD I get my hands on when I get back to DLP, so I don't think any of us will do Disney out of any money. Especially considering my wage goes nearly exclusively towards various Disney holidays and merchandise!!
