I need your prayers...

For the second time yesterday, we had to call 911 to help get my father up after falling. He is a big fella, and we could not get him up on our own. After falling last night, the EMT's suggested he be transported to hospital so we could force the medical profession to "finally" find out what is wrong and get my dad some help. He has been getting test after test, with NO results, and steadily getting worse. It has put alot of emoitonal stress on my mom who is 78 and myself and hubby.

We all just cried together last night as they took dad away. It is so hard for dad as he is a very independent person. It's hard for mom as she depends on him so much. And hard on me and hubby as we are their only care-givers. We have alot of decisions to make in the next week as well.

Just please pray for my dad that they can find out what his problem is, and the rest of us as we make difficult decisions.
God promises a "peace that passes all understanding". I am claiming that for now, and I do covet your prayers.

It has meant so much to read all the replys. Thank you for caring so much. It means alot right now.

Dad has been resting all day and sounds better. I think he just feels safe now too. He knows they are trying to find out what the problem, and he has people tp take care of him and look after him till he is better and a diagnosis is made.

They are running lots of tests of course. So hopefully we'll know in a few days what is wrong. Continue to pray now for the Doctor's to have wisdom to know how best to treat dad and get him mobile again.

I spent the day with my Mom and took her to a luncheon at my church. It did us both good. The fellowship was good and the speaker was wonderful and touched our hearts and gave us something to go on. God is on His throne and in control. I have shed quite a few tears tonight while praying and thinking about everything. I'm trying not to stress too much and remain with - it for my mom. She really needs me right now. It's hard for me, as I need hubby to lean on and he's in Jacksonville doing his Navy duty. Timing is everything!! Right??
But I know God's timing is perfect and "oops" is not in the Bible, so I'm just gonna trust Him with everything.

After my husband car accident he kept losing his balance and fallingl. It took months and a great neurologist to figure out what was wrong. Hang in there and be sure to take care of yourself and mom.
