MIL is very hard of hearing can anyone think of anything you can get to help her hear us on the phone. We got her a BT phone which was supposed to help but it was useless.

I have poor hearing and find that I can hear better on my mobile than a normal land line phone.

Although I do use an amplified BT Converse phone at work which is fine in most situations.

You can also get inductive loops to use with hearing aids and telephones. Have a look at this site:
