It's funny but I never get the static about going to WDW from anyone. Maybe because we try to do other things too. I do know people that go to Disney parks but they also travel to other places. One friend went to WDW last year but also visited Belize and the Keys. DH has occasionally gone along to WDW but doesn't really care that much about it unfortunately but then what does he know?
I only know of a few people that actually dislike WDW. They tried it and don't want to go back. They tend to be people that enjoy Vegas and New York and places like that.
Let me tell you, I thought I was the only one who had those comments told to. I hate it when they say that to me. But you know what, I don't care, my family and I love going there (we're trying to go at least 2 times a year). It is a wonderful place to go and feel like a child again! Always a constant smile on your face, I'd rather have a smile than a tan, but then again, you can get both there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-LOL. The people are wonderful and cheerfull, its so organized and so clean, how can you not love it????
Our children are 13 and 9 and we want to cherish each moment with them while they are young, and what better place to do it in. I have a feeling that they will be doing the same thing when they get older anyway because they love it so much. So with that.....tell all those people to get a life, get out of their miserable mood and maybe they should try having fun in Disney!!!!! Have a FANTASTIC TIME!!!!!!!!!!!
