:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

All this reminded me of a cartoon.

When I worked at TDS I bought my ds the TS underwear they had. He was so proud of his new drawers that he put on the pair with Woody on the front and came running downstairs and announced to everyone in the room "Hey look at my Woody" :lmao: :lmao: I didn't let him wear those pants to school after that!!

:rotfl2: :lmao: I had to smile...I was a CM at a Disney Store when the movie came out a man came to the cashwrap area at holiday time and I without even thinking about anything other than how to get an add on sale asked him "if he'd like a Woody to go along with your Buzz today?" as soon as it was out of my mouth I wanted to die or at the very least crawl under anything I could.

As I recall, the overheard remark in the store was, "I want a little Buzz and a big Woody" -- which just explains the "don't we all?" so much more splendidly! :teeth:

I think that the thing to do to keep from turning three shades of purple when having to ask is to make a point to ask for a Woody *Doll*, or "a Woody character."

KERRY34: I had more than one in my house at one time but we misplaced one during a move, and the other one got eaten by the neighbor's dog. Haven't been able to find one since!!!!

OMG!!!! I just spit coffee out of my nose!!! :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: I had one of these moments at the Disney Store myself. I was finishing checking out a guest who just bought a talking Woody for her little boy. I was saying good bye and said, "Have fun with your..." I had to stop myself! Thank Goodness! :rotfl:

These stories are hysterical! :rotfl:

My DS5 has been a long-time Toy Story fan, and has had both dolls for a couple of years. I can't tell you how many times DS has asked, "Mama, can you help me find my Woody?" DH laughs every time...

DS2 is also turning out to be a Toy Story fan, and when the Disney Store had the little beanie-type characters on sale, we got two of them... So now I hear, "Mama, (DS2) won't let go of my Woody; make him play with his little Woody!"

There was a post here a while back where someone said they were at a Disney Store and a child said to his Mom,

"I don't need a lot of toys... all I want is a Woody and a little Buzz."

A gal working in the store said (to no one in particular) "Don't we all!"

:goodvibes

That post is what I thought of when I read the subject line.

There was also a post here a while ago that was "Where can I see Mary Poppins Bush" Referring to a topiary but they did not know what to call it. That is what I thought of, they kind of go together :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: her

Ya know I guess if you have to specify a size it's better to ask for a big Woody instead of a little Woody, I mean what's the sense in that?????

Now that I think of it, this March I found myself explaining SpaceShip Earth to my 3 yr old GD as we approached Epcot on the monorail when she loudly asked, "Is that Mickey's ball?'

Of course until last year every Christmas you could go to the gingerbread house in the Grand Floridian and order a "chocolate snowman with chocolate balls."

They changed the wording on the menu this past year for some reason.

Couldn't that be even worse?
I do think so! :rotfl2:

Years ago my friend's son got a Woody doll for Christmas and the video camera was running when he exclaimed, "Wow, now I have a big Woody!". Great blackmail material now that he's 16yo. :lmao:

Thanks for the laughs all you twisted disboarders.

OMGosh, I was having the worst day until I read all these! Thanks for the laughs! I am actually LOL! :rotfl2:

Oooooooo Dear......
The Field Day We Could Have !!

But, Seriously, We Found Woody, Jessie & Bullseye in the Theatre in Frontierland........Air Conditioned, Nice & Roomy and Got Lots of Pix!
Woody & Jessie Signed my Kids Autograph Books, Bullseye Motioned He Couldn't Sign Due to Hooves.......
Lots of Hugs and Interaction.....
Saw Buzz in Tomorrowland......None of them talk.

NOW I am off to Post My New Thread:
" I Really Need a Buzz.........Anyone Know Where I can get one??"

:joker: :smooth: :drinking1 :earboy2:

WHY would Disney/Pixar pick names like Buzz & Woody ????
I mean come on, the jokes and puns are endless !!!

Also, this reminds me of another thread a real serious Mom posted in the Dining Section:

Simply She Asked: " Where Can I Get Crabs???"

And Well, Needless to say, us DIS'ers went to town with that one too.....
:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: :teeth:

So I have three boys, two of which are old enough to play with toys, like footballs, soccer balls...etc. So we have quite the collection out in our yard. So every time they play outside at the end of the day I go outside and yell, "Boys get out here and pick up your balls!"...

One day I actually heard myself say it and realized how it sounded and why my neighbor would always be laughing when she was outside... :sad2:

Now I tell them to pick up their toys...

You guys have totally cracked me up!!

My husband has been deployed for almost a year....need I say more? My thought was not on Toy Story!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Too funny!
