I need tips and tricks to impress kids?

This is our 6th trip in 8 years -- I need some little tips or secrets to impress the kids who feel like they've seen it all .

My son is the same way. To him going to Disney is no big deal !!!

Anyhow, lately I've been letting him pick out what he wants to do. He gets to pick a meal or activity of his choice and I incorporate that into the plans. It really seems to get him somewhat excited about going. I'm really hoping someday when he's older he'll see how magical and amazing it is. Including the fact of how hard mom and dad work to get us there.
