Ok I am taking my lady to Disney at Christmas. By the way we just went in May and so love it at WDW that we are going again (2 times in one year gotta love it.)

So anyway this time we are doing the following.

One night at Pop Century and then the rest of the nights at AS Sports Resort.
Seeing Abigail "Kit Kittenridge/Olive the SuperFreak Little Miss Sunshine" Breslin at the Candle Light Vigil.
Dining at The Coral Reef
Dining at Cinderellas Table
Doing a Lunch at a Princess Storytime session
Doing Breakfast with Pooh
Doing Lunch at the Prime-Time Cafe
Doing Dinner at Tony's
Doing the Osbornes festival of lights
Getting my lady Bippiddy Boppity Boutiqued
Going Horseback Riding
Going on the Sleigh Ride (Curious if this is worth the money.)

Is there anything else I should be considering to do at Christmas time.:confused3

I am arriving on the 20th and am staying until new years.

:woohoo: :santa: :goodvibes :cool1:

One of our favorite "traditions" is to ride the monorail and check out the decorations at the Poly, Grand Floridian and Contemporary. The GF is really pretty - and it makes a fun trip around the monorail.

Hope you have a good time!

Umm....how old is the "lady"? BBB is mostly for kids, although some adults do it. I think most women would feel riciculous (and I am a disney freak).I would recommend the HDDR instead of that or one of the princess meals unless your Lady is your daughter.

I'm subscribing because I want to know how old the "lady" is too.

While reading your post I couldn't help but smile. You seem to be very "gentlemanly" and that is nice. (Is that really a word?)

She is in her early twenties. And I am just a tweak over the half century. Gentlemanly is a word. BBB is most assuredly for adults as well. We did this last time and she loved it. I wear a nice shirt and tie (easy to carry the tie in a pocket after) and she is all gussied up and we have the photos done. It is wonderful. Age is in your mind. You are at Disney World so stop fretting if you look silly doing something fun. You do. And who cares and what does it matter if they care?

Have a magical day.

I am an adult and I enjoy the BBB.It is a lot of fun it no way makes me feel
redicdulus. You can just have your hair and make_up done for good price
nothing wrong with an adult getting their hair and make_up done for
half the price of a saloon. And makes a great way for cool pictures
to take home.Last time I had it done I did right before we left for the
airport and women were coming up to me at the airport asking where did
you get your hair done that is so cute and saying they wanted to have
theirs done to.

When I go to Disney I don't care what people think if I wanna do it then
I do.And its fun so I do.Some People say the princess meals are for kids
but I see many adults going to them because they enjoy them and why
not your in Disney. If you enjoy it then you should do it.I know a place near
my house where can adopt a doll and I was talking to someone who works
their and she told me their is 81 year old women who comes in every year
on her birthday to adopt a doll that is her birthday present to herself. She
doesn't care that their are all young children around her do the same thing
it is what she enjoys doing. You only live once why not enjoy it.
:yay:

I just thought of something. When you go on the monorail, ask to sit up front with the driver. You may have to wait for the next train but it is so much fun.

I think that is so sweet! I wish you both a wonderful trip!

ooh.....I thought of something else. Have her pick a pearl at downtown disney or at Japan in Epcot. they have beautiful settings to put them in, and it could become a tradition for you to do next time, too.

Are you going to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? That would be great fun for you both.
We will be there in a little over a week!!! Can't wait. Pam F

Buy some gingerbread from the GF..I hear that it is delicious....and what a memory...

I am enjoying reading this as well as we will be there around the same time (Dec 23 - 28). Hope you both really enjoy your trip!

The Gingerbread sounds yummy. Never heard of pick a pearl but it might be cool. We will do the monorail stuff for certain sure.

For Saffyer...if you see us there wave and we will wave back.

18 more days(after 50 straight of work including weekends with only one day off for Turkey) :dance3: :woohoo:  :santa: :cheer2:

don't miss the candelight processional at Epcot. Since you are already planning to eat at coral reef, you may want to switch it to a CP package so you get preferred seating. It will really put you in the holiday spirit.
