I need some ideas

I work for a TGI Fridays and we were recently told that we need to "flair" our uniforms. We can pretty much do whatever we want to them. I, of course, want to do a disney themed shirt. Our shirts are red with a big black strip running up the side. I was thinking of doing a tinkerbell patch with "pixie dust" stars and maybe a picture of a castle on the back. Of course, the color is more Mickey then anything. Anyway, I'm appealing to those more crafty than I am- I'm open for ideas. And if anyone knows where I can buy disney patches and such please let me know because I'm coming up empty.

Joann fabrics has Disney Iron on patches. ACMoore and Michael's may have some too but I haven't been down the iron on aisle in quite some time.

My first thought was to create a black Mickey head and then bling it with rhinestones! That would really shine!
